The product is entitled to a 12-month warranty period from the date of receipt (based on the order and delivery date). During the warranty period, if the product cannot function properly due to quality issues during normal use, installation, and storage, our company provides free repair or replacement services.

1. Damage caused by failure to install, use, and maintain according to the product manual requirements;
2. Malfunctions caused by human damage, unauthorized disassembly, modification, water immersion, etc;
3. Normal wear and tear beyond the lifespan of the sensor;
4. Damage caused by force majeure, accidents, or use environments that do not meet product specifications.

Gas sensor products are precision detection devices, and it is recommended to calibrate them regularly to ensure measurement accuracy. Our company can provide professional calibration, testing, maintenance and other services. Please consult customer service for details.

1.When customers provide feedback on issues, please provide information such as product model, serial number, fault symptoms, and usage environment;
2. Our technical personnel will respond quickly and provide remote guidance, troubleshooting, and factory inspection services;
3.After confirming that it falls within the warranty scope, our company will complete the repair or replacement within the agreed time and return it to the customer.
