气体参数采集:实时采集各类气体浓度、温湿度、压力等关联参数,精度符合各行业instrumentation应用标准,采集频率可按需调节(1-5分钟/次),部分高端sensor可achieve微量、多组分气体同步检测,捕捉气体“指纹”特征,meet高精度监测需求;
异常初判:当气体浓度超出预设阈值(可自定义,适配不同行业规范),自动触发local声光alarm,留存异常数据与时间戳,同时启动数据上传,部分sensor可achieve非接触式泄漏检测,rapid锁定泄漏位置与浓度;
sensor校准:support手动/自动校准,定期校准确保检测数据accurate,避免误报、漏报,适配electrochemical、红外等不同类型gas sensor,依托标准化校准流程,ensureinstrumentation整体监测精度;
